Returns & Refunds
NŌMA SKIN
At NŌMA SKIN, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.
What You Can Return
We accept returns if all of the following are true:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
• The item was purchased directly from NŌMA SKIN
How Returns Work
To start a return:

(include your order number and reason for return) - We’ll send you return instructions
- Ship the item back using your preferred carrier
Refunds
• Refunds are made to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to show on your account
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the item and packaging
• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund — your choice
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
Hygiene & Safety
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
